After running an online store for a year and a half, Beth started to get an itch to make her vintage dreams a little more...tangible. Images of a brick-and-mortar store began to flood her mind, but after a couple months of research, she decided it was a bit past her financial reach at time. So what's a girl to do? Well, meet in the middle, of course: the mobile middle.

Five months later, her and her husband's labor of love, a beautiful 1960 Holly trailer (creatively named Holly), emerged from the paint fumes and particle board with a new lease on life as St. Louis' first mobile vintage store, making her debut July 14, 2012, at the Indie Craft Revolution show.

Holly's been hitting the streets of the Gateway City hard and is available for booking at craft shows, outdoor events, private shopping parties, engagement photos, weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, photo shoots or anywhere else you want to spread some vintage love.

We're also excited to announce that in Spring 2013, Parsimonia will be offering vintage-style tea parties and picnics, perfect for those sweet spring nights and shady summer afternoons!
